摘要
目的:总结预防老年虐待的最佳证据,为老年虐待的防治工作提供参考依据。方法:检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、NICE、GIN、RNAO、MedLine、SIGN、PubMed、EMbase、CINAHL、Wiley、ProQuest、Psycinfo、万方、知网、维普数据库和中国指南网。检索时限为建库至2019年3月6日。由2名研究员独立进行文献质量评价,对纳入的文献进行证据提取、总结。结果:共纳入22篇文献,其中系统评价15篇,随机对照试验4篇,类实验研究1篇,指南2篇。最佳证据包括老年虐待类型、影响因素、评估工具、组织和政府系统的预防策略、照顾者和公众的预防和健康促进战略5个维度、19条证据。结论:老年虐待防治工作受公共卫生、社会服务、健康管理、法律等多因素影响,在应用证据时应充分考虑我国国情,提高老年虐待防治工作的可操作性。
Objective:To summarize the best evidence for the prevention of elder abuse,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of elder abuse.Methods:The relevant literature related to elder abuse was searched in Cochrane Library,Web of Science,NICE,GIN,RNAO,MedLine,SIGN,PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,Wiley,ProQuest,Psycinfo,Wanfang,CNKI,CBM and China Guidenet.The search time was from the database construction to March 6,2019.The quality of literature was independently evaluated by two researchers,and evidence were extracted and summarized from the included literatures.Results:A total of 22 articles were included,of which 15 were systematic reviews,4 randomized controlled trials,1 quasi⁃experimental study,2 guidelines.The best evidence included five dimensions and 19 items.The five evidences were types of abuse,influencing factors,assessment tools,prevention strategies of organization and government system,prevention and health promotion strategies for caregivers and the public.Conclusions:Elder abuse prevention and treatment were affected by many factors,such as public health,social services,health management and law.When appling evidence,China's national conditions should be fully considered in order to improve the operability of prevention and treatment of elder abuse.
