摘要
书院制既借鉴了西方住宿学院的做法,也传承了中国古代文化教育的传统,书院制作为一种新型学生管理体制,逐渐成为我国高校寝室育人的主要模式,如何在书院制的背景下更好的融合党建工作成了必然思考的问题。本文结合学校实际,从书院的背景、党员导生制的意义出发,探索党员导生制进书院的路径,提出了书院党员导生制的基本模式和框架。
The academy system not only draws lessons from the practices of western residential colleges,but also inherits the tradition of ancient Chinese culture and education.The academy is a new student management system,which has gradually become the main mode of dormitory education in China’s colleges and universities.How to better integrate party building under the background of the academy system has become an inevitable thinking problem.Based on the actual situation of the school,this paper explores the path of the party member guided education system into the academy from the background of the academy and the significance of the party member guided education system,and puts forward the basic model and framework of the party member guided education system.
