摘要 正畸牙周组织改建的基础是牙周膜的存在,牙周膜中最主要的细胞是牙周膜干细胞(periodontal ligament stem cells,PDLSCs),PDLSCs作为机械应力刺激的主要效应细胞,参与牙周组织改建中信号通路的转导,目前已知参与机械应力刺激的信号有Wnt/β-catenin、细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)、c-Jun N端激酶(JNK)、p38激酶和核因子κB (NF-κB)、Ras、Raf等。它们参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡的调节,机械转导途径被认为是由共同的信号途径介导的,MAPKs被认为是参与机械传递的最重要的激酶。Ras-Raf-MAPK/ERK通路在PDLSCs成骨分化中起重要作用,更好地理解正畸牙齿运动中的机械反应和所涉及的信号转导途径可能有助于解决正畸治疗中的挑战。因此,本文就Ras-Raf-MAPK/ERK信号通路在正畸牙周组织改建中的表达及调控机制进行综述。 The basis of orthodontic periodontal tissue reconstruction is the presence of periodontal ligament.The most important cells in periodontal ligament are periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs).PDLSCs,as the main effector cells of mechanical stress stimulation,participate in the transduction of signal pathways in periodontal tissue reconstruction.Currently known signals involved in mechanical stress stimulation are Wnt/β-catenin,extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK),c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK),p38 kinase,nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),Ras,Raf.They are involved in the regulation of cell proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.The mechanical transduction pathways believed to be mediated by a common signal pathway,and MAPKs are the most important kinases involved in mechanical transmission.The Ras-Raf-MAPK/ERK pathway plays an important role in the osteogenic differentiation of PDLSCs,and to better understand the mechanical response and the signal transduction pathway involved in orthodontic tooth movement may help solve challenges in orthodontic treatment.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of Ras-Raf-MAPK/ERK signaling pathway involved in periodontal tissue remodeling.
