摘要
缺血性中风是一种具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率的疾病,在病理状态下谷氨酸过度释放、堆积,刺激神经元引发兴奋性毒性,近年来被视为诱发缺血性神经元损伤的主要因素之一。Ca^(2+)超载是谷氨酸兴奋性毒性级联反应的关键步骤,而NMDA受体是Ca^(2+)内流的重要途径。笔者对脑缺血后NMDA受体及其各个亚基的表达,以及NMDA受体拮抗剂作为脑缺血后神经保护剂的研究进行综述。
Ischemic stroke is a disease with high incidence, high mortality and high disability rate. Glutamate over-releases and accumulates in pathological state, which stimulates neurons and causes excitatory toxicity. In recent years, ischemic stroke has been regarded as one of the main factors that induce ischemic neuron damage. Ca^(2+) overload is a key step in glutamate excitotoxicity cascade, and NMDA receptor is an important pathway of Ca^(2+) influx. In this article, the authors review the expressions of NMDA receptors and their subunits after cerebral ischemia, and the study of NMDA receptor antagonists as neuroprotective agents after cerebral ischemia.
