摘要
本文通过单家村煤矿井下注浆封堵奥灰观测孔涌水工程实例,详细介绍了其应用封孔器成功封堵钻孔涌水的施工原理和过程,证明了封孔器可以很好地运用在矿井乃至其他钻孔的分段注浆堵水工程中。同时提出了应用封孔器需要结合水压、套管直径和浆液配比等现场实际随时调整的观点,否则也会出现多次封堵失败、不断调整封孔器直径、长度等参数的情况。本次注浆工程为单家村煤矿首次利用封孔器进行注浆堵水,并取得了良好效果。
In this paper,through the underground grouting in Shanjiacun coal mine to block the water gushing of the Ordovician ash observation hole,it introduces in detail the construction principle and process of its application of the hole plug to successfully plug the water gushing in the borehole,and proves that the plug can be used well in the mine.And even in the segmental grouting and water plugging of other boreholes.At the same time,it is proposed that the application of the plugging device needs to be adjusted at any time in combination with water pressure,casing diameter and slurry ratio.Otherwise,there will be multiple plugging failures and constant adjustment of the plugging device diameter and length.This grouting project is the first time for the Shanjiacun Coal Mine to use a hole plugger for grouting to block water,and it has achieved good results.
