摘要
以9105工作面为研究对象,分析了定向钻孔通过顶板岩层裂隙作为抽采瓦斯通道抽采瓦斯。采用FLUENT模拟不同钻孔倾角、仰角及数量时瓦斯抽采浓度,根据模拟结果可知,布置2组仰角20°钻孔时抽采效果最优。结合工作面地质条件,分别设计每个钻孔施工参数。通过监测钻孔瓦斯抽采量可知,定向钻孔抽采有效降低了工作面瓦斯浓度。
Take 9105 working face as the research object,it is analyzed that directional drilling is used as gas drainage channel through roof rock fracture.FLUENT is used to simulate the gas drainage concentration under different borehole dip angle,elevation angle and number,according to the simulation results,the drainage effect is the best when two groups of boreholes with elevation angle of 20°are arranged.Combined with the geological conditions of the working face,the construction parameters of each borehole are designed respectively,through monitoring the gas drainage amount of boreholes,it can be seen that directional drilling drainage effectively reduces the gas concentration in the working face.
