摘要
针对相控阵天线工作在宽带瞬时信号的情况下,瞬时信号受到天线孔径越渡时间的限制问题,设计一种具有宽带瞬时信号的相控阵天线阵列。从相控阵天线理论出发,研究分析孔径渡越机理。通过理论推导相位补偿误差曲线,分析子阵级实时延时量与阵元相移量。划分天线阵列随机子阵,利用子阵级使用时延时线和阵元级使用移相器的设计方法,实现相控阵天线的宽带瞬时信号。最后,通过高频结构模拟器(high frequency structure simulator,HFSS)仿真软件对该天线阵列的方向图进行仿真计算,仿真结果与理论计算基本吻合,验证了该设计的正确性。
When the phased array antenna works with broadband instantaneous signals,the instantaneous signal is limited by the transit time of the antenna aperture.To solve this problem,a phased array antenna array with broadband instantaneous signals is designed.The mechanism of aperture transition is firstly studied and analysed based on the phased array antenna theory.The phase compensation error curve is theoretically deduced,and the real-time delay amount at the sub-array level and the phase shift amount of the array element are analysed respectively.The random sub-array of the antenna array is then divided,and the time delay line at the sub-array level and the phase shifter at the element level are used to realize the broadband instantaneous signal of the phased array antenna.Finally,a high frequency structure simulator(HFSS) simulation software is used to simulate the antenna array pattern.Simulation results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculations and the correctness of the design is therefore verified.
