基于MoldFlow的汽车水室注塑模冷却管道布局优化 被引量:3

摘要 汽车水室从结构上分析,长度尺寸远大于宽度和高度尺寸,属于长条状注塑制品,且采用的是收缩率较大、尺寸稳定性较差的PA材料进行注塑成型。在注塑成型过程中,由于制品外部分布有多个不同特征,形状复杂,各部分之间温差较大,易出现局部集热和翘曲变形等问题。根据产品结构特点设计了单层回路和多层回路两种管道布局方案,并在侧面滑块抽芯处安装隔水片进行冷却。通过使用MoldFlow软件分别对单层和多层冷却管道回路布局方案进行模拟和分析,结果表明,多层回路冷却管道布局显著提高了模具的冷却效率和温度分布的均匀性,减少了制品的翘曲变形值。 From the structural analysis of the automobile water chamber,the length dimension is much larger than the width and height dimensions.It is a long injection molded product,and it is injection molded with PA material with large shrinkage rate and poor dimensional stability.In the injection molding process,due to the multiple different features distributed on the outside of the product,the shape is complex,and the temperature difference between the parts is large,problems such as local heat collection and warpage deformation are prone to occur.According to the struc-tural characteristics of the product,two piping layout schemes of single-layer circuit and mul-ti-layer circuit are designed,and water barriers are installed at the side slider core for cooling.By using Moldflow software to perform numerical simulation and analysis on the cooling pipeline layout of each circuit group,optimize the overall layout of the mold cooling pipeline,improve product quality and shorten the molding cycle.By using Moldflow software to simulate and ana-lyze the single-layer and multi-layer cooling pipeline circuit layout schemes,the results show that the multi-layer circuit cooling pipeline layout significantly improves the cooling efficiency of the mold and the uniformity of temperature distribution,and reduces the warpage of the product De-formation value.
