摘要
在注射成型过程中,汽车水室等长条形塑件制品的变形较大,根据充填平衡分析和翘曲分析结果,优化了汽车水室成型结构方案,并确定了取向效应引起的翘曲变形量远大于冷却不均匀、收缩不均匀和角效应引起的翘曲变形量,无法采用优化成型工艺参数和浇注系统结构进行解决。文章利用注塑CAE技术对模具型腔尺寸进行变形预补偿的迭代方法,对长条形塑件变形进行了合理的控制。以某型号汽车水室为研究对象,确定了汽车水室装配平面不同位置的变形预补偿量,结合汽车水室的结构特征设计了4处侧向抽芯,完成了基于变形预补偿的模具结构设计,经实际生产工艺验证,模具设计满足生产要求。
In the injection molding process, the deformation of the long strip plastic parts such as the automobile water tank were large. According to the results of filling balance analysis and warpage analysis, the mold forming structure scheme was optimized, and the warpage deformation caused by orientation effect was much larger than that caused by uneven cooling, uneven shrinkage and corner effect. It couldn "t be removed by optimizing the molding process parameters and the runner system. An iterative method of deformable pre-compensating of the mold cavity by use of injection molding CAE technique was proposed, which could realize the reasonable control of the deformation of the long strip. For a model of automotive water tank, the deformation pre-compensation of the different position of the assembly plane of the automobile water tank was determined, and the four core pulling mechanisms were designed according to the structure characteristics of the automobile water tank, and the injection mold design based on deformable pre-compensating was completed. Mold design met the production requirements, after it was verified by the actual prouduetion process.
