摘要
在健康中国2030被提出后,云南省与国家的方针政策保持高度一致,提出了“健康云南”策略,曲靖市响应云南省最新卫生健康政策,积极推动曲靖市医疗中心建设。但是,曲靖地区医疗中心的建设仍然存在医疗资源短缺,投资担保机制不健全,人力资源管理体系滞后,宣传工作不到位等问题。为解决曲靖市医疗中心建设的困境,市政府和医疗机构要履行主要职责,建立健全保障体系,引进高端人才,推进医疗联盟建设,建设高水平的区域医疗中心。曲靖地区医疗中心建设有利于实施卫生扶贫,打赢脱贫攻坚战。
After"Healthy China 2030"was put forward,Yunnan Province has maintained a high degree of consistency with the country’s policies and proposed a"Healthy Yunnan"strategy.Qujing City responded to the latest health policies of Yunnan Province and actively promoted the construction of Qujing City Medical Center.However,the construction of the medical center in Qujing still has problems such as shortage of medical resources,imperfect investment guarantee mechanism,lagging human resource management system,and inadequate publicity work.In order to solve the predicament of the construction of the medical center in Qujing,the municipal government and medical institutions must perform their main duties,establish a sound security system,introduce high-end talents,promote the construction of medical alliances,and build a high-level regional medical center.The construction of a medical center in Qujing region is conducive to the implementation of health poverty alleviation and wins the battle against poverty.
