摘要
医院外事工作是加强自身建设与人才建设的重要推动力量,也是促进医院可持续发展的核心措施。随着医院改革的不断深化,医院外事工作的方式也更富灵活性和多样化,其要求也日益提高。该文首先概述了医院外事工作的基本要求与做法,分析了医院外事工作存在的问题,提出与探究了医院外事工作的加强措施:设立外事联络员制度、完善外事工作的战略目标、建立健全医院外事档案、加强外事人才的培养与管理。
Hospital foreign affairs work is an important driving force to strengthen its own construction and talent construction,and it is also a core measure to promote the sustainable development of hospitals.With the continuous deepening of hospital reforms,the methods of hospital foreign affairs work have become more flexible and diversified,and its requirements have also increased.This article first outlines the basic requirements and practices of the hospital5s foreign affairs work,analyzes the problems in the hospital’s foreign affairs work,proposes and explores measures to strengthen the hospital’s foreign affairs work:establish a foreign affairs liaison system,improve the strategic goals of foreign affairs work,and establish and improve hospital foreign affairs file,strengthen the training and management of foreign affairs personnel.
