摘要
研究型医院作为医院创新发展的重要理论,同样也是新医改、转化医学、居民医疗需求和医院自身发展对综合性医院提出的迫切要求。本文通过文献研究,阐述了国内创建研究型医院的背景,介绍了国内外研究型医院的开展情况,探讨了建设研究型医院过程中需要注意的战略、目标、方向、组织和投入等问题。
Constructing research hospital is an urgent requirement for promoting healthcare reform, translational medicine, medical needs and theoretical innovation. Combining the development of research hospitals from domestic and overseas, this paper discussed the problems that need to pay attention such as strategy, objective, direction, organization, input, and so on.
