摘要
目的:观察用匹多莫德颗粒联合中药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染(ARI)的效果。方法:66例随机分为两组各33例,对照组用匹多莫德颗粒,观察组用匹多莫德颗粒及中药治疗。结果:观察组咳嗽消退时间、退热时间、咽充血消退时间及鼻塞消退时间较对照组短(P<0.05),中医证候积分较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德颗粒联合中药治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染能提高疗效。
Objective:To observe the effect of pidotimod granule combined with Chinese herbs in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection(ARI)in children.Methods:Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group were treated with pidotimod granules while the observation group were treated with pidotimod granules and Chinese herbs.Results:The time of cough resolution,fever,pharyngeal congestion,and nasal congestion resolution of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pidomod granules combined with Chinese herbs can improve the curative effect of acute upper respiratory tract infection in children.
