摘要
目的:探讨雷火灸联合玉屏风颗粒在儿童呼吸道感染(肺脾气虚证)辅助治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年1月—2023年12月在南通市海门区第二人民医院儿科就诊的120例呼吸道感染(肺脾气虚证)患儿,按照治疗方法分为雷火灸组和常规组,每组60例。常规组采用常规西医治疗,雷火灸组在常规西医治疗基础上加用雷火灸联合玉屏风颗粒治疗。观察比较两组的临床症状消失时间、临床疗效、中医证候积分、治疗后3个月内再次呼吸道感染率及不良反应。结果:雷火灸组发热、鼻塞、咽痛、咳嗽等临床症状消失时间均早于常规组(P<0.05);雷火灸组总有效率为98.33%,显著高于常规组的86.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,且相较于常规组,雷火灸组更低(P<0.05);雷火灸组治疗后3个月内再次呼吸道感染率明显低于常规组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合玉屏风颗粒辅助治疗儿童呼吸道感染(肺脾气虚证)能有效缩短临床症状持续时间,提高治疗效果,降低患儿呼吸道再次感染率,且安全性好。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thunder-fire miraculous moxa combined with Yupingfeng Granules in the adjuvant treatment of respiratory tract infections(lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome)in children.Method:A retrospective selection was made of 120 children with respiratory tract infections(lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome)who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics of Nantong Haimen District Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.They were divided into the thunder-fire miraculous moxa group and the conventional group according to the treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the thunder-fire miraculous moxa group was treated with thunder-fire miraculous moxa combined with Yupingfeng Granules on the basis of conventional western medicine.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,re-respiratory tract infection rate within 3 months after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as fever,nasal congestion,sore throat and cough in the thunder-fire miraculous moxa group were earlier than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the thunder-fire miraculous moxa group was 98.33%,significantly higher than 86.67%of the conventional group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of both groups decreased compared to before the treatment,and compared with the conventional group,the thunder-fire miraculous moxa group had even lower scores(P<0.05).The re-respiratory tract infection rate within 3 months after treatment in the thunder-fire miraculous moxa group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of thunder-fire miraculous moxa and Yupingfeng Granules in the adjuvant treatment of respiratory tract infections in children(lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome)can effectively shorten the duration of clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of respiratory infections in children,enhance the immune function of children,and has good safety.
