摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在颅底肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年6月行颅底肿瘤手术患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予传统护理干预;观察组实施综合性护理干预。比较两组患者护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,且术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于行颅底肿瘤手术的患者,应用综合护理干预,能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度,并有效降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with skull base tumor operation.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2019,100 patients undergoing cranial base tumor surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention.The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree and complication rate between the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with cranial base tumor surgery,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing work and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
