摘要
在经济高速发展、环境快速变化的时代,组织过时已经成为企业必须面对的一个沉重话题。通过梳理组织过时的国内外文献,对相关研究内容进行归纳、提炼和评述。首先,提出组织过时的概念,并辨析组织成熟、组织老化、组织死亡与组织过时之间的区别与联系;其次,从内因和外因两个维度归纳组织过时的前因,内因包括组织年龄增长、组织规模膨胀、组织人员过时、组织知识过时、组织结构僵化、组织文化不适和组织惯性误导等,外因则分为一般环境因素和特殊环境因素;然后,对组织过时的后果进行归纳,提取到创新锁定、员工流失、效率下降和绩效下滑等4个维度;最后,系统思考,建构组织过时的研究框架,并从5个方面提出未来可聚焦的研究方向。
With the rapid development of economy and the high-speed changes of environment,the organizational obsolescence has become a serious problem that enterprises have to face in current era.By sorting out the existing domestic and foreign literature,the relevant research contents are summarized,refined and reviewed.First,the concept of organizational obsolescence is put forward,and the distinction and connection between maturity,aging,mortality and obsolescence are analyzed.Second,the antecedents are summarized into two dimensions,i.e.internal antecedent and external antecedent.Internal antecedents include increasing age,expansive scale,outdated personnel and knowledge,rigescent structure,unsuitable culture,and misleading inertia.External antecedents include general environmental factors and special environmental factors.Third,the consequences are sorted out,including locked innovation,employee turnover,descendant productivity and declining performance.Finally,the research framework and five potential research directions in the future are proposed based on our system thinking.
