摘要
目的:观察蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗病毒性腹泻的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2017年2月—2019年2月在本院就诊的病毒性腹泻患儿80例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组单用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊。比较两组临床症状消失时间、大便频次和性状以及不良反应。结果:治疗5 d后,两组呕吐症状消失时间、腹泻停止时间、发热症状消失时间比较,观察组均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大便频次、大便性状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组均无明显不良反应,且实验室检查指标均正常。结论:蜡样芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊联合蒙脱石散治疗病毒性腹泻效果较好,可缩短临床症状消失时间,改善大便频次及性状,且安全性较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety of Bacillus cereus capsule combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of children with viral diarrhea.Methods:80 children with viral diarrhea in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with Bacillus cereus Capsule on the basis of the control group.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,frequency and character of stool and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Treatment 5 Days later,the disappearance time of vomiting symptoms,diarrhea stop time and fever symptoms of the two groups were compared,the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the stool frequency and stool character score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the treatment,there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups,and the laboratory examination indexes were all normal Normal.Conclusion:Bacillus cereus capsule combined with montmorillonite powder is effective in the treatment of viral diarrhea,which can shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappearing,improve the frequency and character of stool,and has good safety.
