摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效。方法选取116例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均给予常规的药物对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组加用蒙脱石散进行治疗,观察组加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散进行治疗,两组均连续治疗4周,比较两组患者主要指标变化、临床疗效及不良反应等。结果经治疗后,观察组临床总有效率94.8%与对照组临床总有效率75.9%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在止泻时间、大便性状复常时间与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均小于0.05);两组均未出现其他严重的不良反应。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用双歧杆菌四联活菌片和蒙脱石散对腹泻型肠易激综合征进行治疗,可显著改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,且安全性较好,具有较大的临床借鉴意义。
Objective To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder for the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）.Methods 116 patients with diarrhea predominant IBS were randomly divided into the control group or observation group,and were given conventional drugs for symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with Montmorillonite powder,while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets and Montmorillonite powder,the treatment course was 4 weeks.The main indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficiency rate was 94.8% in the observation group vs 75.9% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Significant differences were seen in the time to diarrhea disappearance and time to recovery of normal stool between the two groups（Ps0.05）.No severe adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment,Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine tablets combined with Montmorillonite powder can significantly improve clinical symptoms of diarrhea type IBS,promote curative effect with good safety and clinical significance.
