摘要
目的探究全身麻醉中右美托咪定的临床应用效果。方法研究资料的选择是我院在2018年1月—2019年1月收治的66例进行全身麻醉手术的患者,根据不同的麻醉辅助药物将患者分成了观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33)。观察组应用右美托咪定药物,对照组应用同等剂量生理盐水。比较患者的治疗效果、麻醉用药与术后复苏情况、麻醉前后各项生命指标。结果观察组的治疗效果要远高于对照组,而且在麻醉用药方面的剂量也要低于对照组,术后复苏情况和麻醉后生命指标情况也要远优于对照组,P <0.05。结论全身麻醉中右美托咪定的临床应用效果明显。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia.Methods 66 patients who underwent general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33)according to different anesthetic adjuvants.The observation group was treated with dexmedetomidine and the control group was treated with the same dose of saline.The therapeutic effect,anesthesia medication and post-operative resuscitation,and life indicators before and after anesthesia were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group,and the dosage of anesthetic drugs was also lower than that of the control group.The recovery and life index after anesthesia were also much better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of dexmedetomidine in general anesthesia is effective.
