摘要
基于区域竞争力视角,从棉花加工产业发展态势出发,分析了纱和布产量变化以及贸易变化情况;运用层次分析法,建立了产业竞争力评价模型,剖析了江苏、浙江、山东、江西、安徽以及新疆6省棉花加工业产业竞争力情况。结果表明:我国棉纺织业发展态势良好,纱、布产量稳步提高,纺织纱线等产品出口规模持续扩大,纺织业收入水平不断提升;江西、安徽和新疆等省份棉纺织业近年来发展较为迅速,而浙江、江苏和山东等省份棉纺织业发展趋于缓慢;棉纺织业区域发展水平存在显著差异,东部沿海省份棉纺织产业竞争力相对于中西部地区较强。最后,对未来我国棉花加工产业提质增效提出了政策建议。
Based on the perspective of regional competitiveness,from the development trend of the cotton processing industry,the authors analyzed the changes in yarn and cloth output and trade changes.The industrial competitiveness evaluation model was established to analyze the competitiveness of the cotton processing industry in six provinces including Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,Jiangxi,Anhui and Xinjiang by the analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that China’s cotton textile industry is developing well.The output of yarn and cloth has increased steadily,the export scale of textile yarn and other products has continued to expand,and the income level of the textile industry has continued to increase.The cotton textile industry in Jiangxi,Anhui and Xinjiang has developed rapidly in recent years.The development of the cotton textile industry in Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Shandong tends to be slow;there are significant differences in the regional development level of the cotton textile industry.The competitiveness of the cotton textile industry in the eastern coastal provinces is relatively stronger than that of the central and western regions.Finally,policy thoughts were put forward to improve the quality and efficiency of china’s cotton processing industry in the future.
