摘要
新疆棉花产业至今还是典型的资源型产业,要实现做优做强的目标,必须运用产业群理论和方法,发展新疆棉花产业群,延伸从棉花种植采收、轧花加工到下游纺织工业园区的棉花产业链,最终走向"贸、工、农"一体化经营的经济型产业道路。
This paper, analyzing the present condition of cotton industry chain in Xinjiang, finds out that the cotton industry in Xinjiang is a typical resource-based industry. It concludes that the related department must attach more importance to the whole of industry chain, the development of industry clusters, the extension of industry chain if the resource-based cotton industry is to be transformed into an economic cotton industry.
