摘要
应用线圈电流检测技术对内蒙古超高压供电局某500 kV变电站的500 kV断路器进行分合闸线圈电流检测,发现该断路器三相合闸电磁铁动作时间存在偏差,经检测三相合闸稳态电流值和电阻值数据基本一致,说明电磁铁启动速度异常不是线圈阻抗值变化引起的,而是因为断路器合闸电磁铁内部存在故障;最终确定W相合闸换向阀动作过程中铁心动作卡涩缺陷是造成该断路器三相合闸同期性超标的主要原因。实例证明应用线圈电流检测技术可以快速、准确地进行断路器故障诊断,提高断路器状态检测水平,为高压断路器的故障诊断分析奠定基础。
Closing coil current of 500 kV circuit breaker is detected by using detection technology of the coil current at a 500 kV substation in Inner Mongolia Extra-high Voltage Power Supply Bureau.The action time of the three-phase closing electromagnets of the circuit breaker has deviation through detection.But the three-phase closing steady-state current values and the resistance data are consistent.Abnormal start-up velocity of the electromagnet is not caused by the change of the value of the coil impedance but caused by an internal fault of the circuit breaker closing electromagnets.The fault of the iron core of W phase switching valve is the main cause of the circuit breaker′s three-phase switching synchronization problem.The results show that the coil current detection technology can be used to diagnose the fault of the circuit breaker quickly and accurately The level of circuit breaker′s detection state is improved.And it lays a foundation for the fault diagnosis analysis of the high voltage circuit breaker.
