摘要
文章旨在探究不同混合比例和青贮时间对紫花苜蓿与甜高粱混贮品质的影响。将紫花苜蓿和甜高粱经不同比例(紫花苜蓿和甜高粱的鲜质量比例分别为10:0,8:2,6:4,4:6,2:8,0:10)混合均匀放入聚乙烯青贮袋中常温避光保存,将每个处理设置3个重复,分别在30 d和90 d时,对混贮饲料进行发酵指标和营养物质含量测定。结果表明,随着甜高粱比例的增加,pH值、干物质含量、粗蛋白质含量和氨态氮/总氮的比例显著下降;可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量显著升高,有机酸含量变化差异不显著;对比30 d和90 d,混贮的pH值、粗蛋白质含量、可溶性碳水化合物、中性洗涤纤维和氨态氮/总氮变化差异极显著,干物质含量、酸性洗涤纤维含量和有机酸含量变化差异不显著;随着甜高粱的比例增加,混贮的发酵品质呈升高趋势,混贮的营养成分呈降低趋势。故综合发酵品质、营养成分的分析,将紫花苜蓿与甜高粱以6:4的比例进行混贮效果较好。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different mixing ratio and silage time on the silage quality of alfalfa and sweet sorghum.Mix alfalfa and sweet sorghum in different proportions(the ratio of fresh mass of alfalfa and sweet sorghum is 10:0,8:2,6:4,4:6,2:8,0:10)into the PE silage bag was stored at room temperature and protected from light,set each processing three repeat,the feed fermentation index and nutrient content were measured respectively at 30 d and 90 d.The results showed that pH value,dry matter content(DM),crude protein(CP)content and ammonia-nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio decreased significantly with the increase of sweet sorghum ratio.The content of water-soluble carbohydrate(WSC),neutral washing fiber(NDF)and acid washing fiber(ADF)increased significantly,but the difference of organic acid content was not significant.Comparing 30 d with 90 d,the difference of pH,CP,WSC,NDF and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen in the mixed storage was extremely significant,and the changes of DM,ADF and organic acid content were no significant different;With the increase of the proportion of sweet sorghum,the fermentation quality of mixed silage is increasing,and the nutrient content of mixed silage is decreasing.According to the analysis of comprehensive fermentation quality and nutrient composition,it is better to mix and store alfalfa and sweet sorghum at a ratio of 6:4.
