摘要
采用下行床评价实验装置(3 kg/h)和中试装置(3 t/h)研究了徐矿长焰煤在不同温度(600、700、800、900℃)下快速热解的三产分布及热解气组成变化规律。结果表明:与评价实验装置比,中试装置增加了煤的停留时间,热解气产率增加;在中低温热解过程中,中试热解装置焦油产率明显增加,最高达葛金焦油收率的105%;在高温热解过程中,中试装置焦油收率降至1.94%。在此基础上,论文分析比较了100万吨徐矿长焰煤中低温快速热解和高温快速热解的经济效益,为中低阶煤高效清洁的工业化转化利用提供了理论依据。
The components and yields of products from fast pyrolysis of Xukuang kennel coal has been investigated at different reaction temperatures(600, 700, 800 and 900 ℃) on a lab-scale downer reactor(3 kg/h) and a pilot scale reactor(3 t/h). Results show that in the pilot scale reactor, the residence time of coal particles increased leading to high yield of pyrolysis gas. On the pilot scale reactor, the char yield has increased to 105 % of the Gray-King assay at low and middle temperature pyrolysis, and it decreased to 1.94 % at high temperature pyrolysis. The present research gives the economic assessment of Xukuang kennel coal at low, middle and high temperature pyrolysis with the plant capacity of 1 million tons, which gives theoretical evidence for industrial utilization of low rank coal.
