用电加热金属丝网技术研究了文题。用冷阱(-196℃)捕集CO_2、CO、CH_4、C_2H_4和C-2H_6等气相组成,由气相色谱测定各气相组分析出率。考察了保温加热和脉冲加热时,挥发分析出率和各气相组成析出率随温度变化的规律。根据总包单反应模型,计算了升温过程中总挥发分析出和各气相组成析出的动力学参数。
Yields of total volatile and gaseous products from rapid pyrolysis have been determined for two kinds of chinese coal (shenfu bituminous coal and Huantianmian lignite) in an electrically heated grid reactor with lipophilic traps which were used to collect gaseous products. Heating rate, peak temperature and residence time at peak temperature were varied in the ranges of 500~1000℃/s, 400~950℃ and 1 or 12 s. The variation of yields of total volatile and all gaseous products with peak temperature was examined. Secondary reactions of tar escaping immediately from heated region could account for to a little greater extent the increasing yield of carbon dioxide at higher temperatures. It is shown that yields of total volatile and all gaseous products during pulse heating were lower than those at holding temperature, but approached the latter at higher temperatures. The kinetic parameters for production of total volatile, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and methane were calculated with single reaction model.
