摘要
建立了饲料添加剂中低聚果糖的离子色谱-安培检测器检测方法。试样经果聚糖酶酶解后测定酶解产物中果糖含量,换算可得低聚果糖含量。结果表明:果糖在2~50μg/mL具有良好的线性关系,方法回收率为95.7%~100.5%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~2.8%。该方法定量准确可靠,回收率高,适用于饲料添加剂中低聚果糖的日常检测。
A method for the determination of fructooligosaccharides in feed by ion chromatography and pulsed amperometric detection was developed. The sample was enzymatic hydrolyzed by the fructan enzyme, then the content of fructooligosaccharides was converted by the content of fructose that was detected. The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the peak area and concentration of fructose within 2~50 μg/mL. The average recoveries for samples of fructooligosaccharides were 95.7 %~100.5 %, and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.8 %~2.8 %. The results obtained by experimental verification showed the method was repeatable and reliable for the determination of fructooligosaccharides in feed.
