摘要
目的:研究三维超声斑点追踪技术评价原发性高血压患者左室收缩功能的临床效果.方法:选择2018年1-12月本院收治的70例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,根据不同构型将其分为左心室正常构型组40例和左心室重构致左心室肥厚组30例,同期选择健康志愿者50例为对照组.比较各组常规超声心动图参数与三维超声斑点追踪技术相关参数.结果:左心室重构致左心室肥厚组LVEF低于左心室正常构型组、对照组,LVESV、LVEDV、LVMI均高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);左心室重构致左心室肥厚组LVGRS、LVGLS、LVGCS、LVGAS与其他两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:原发性高血压患者的左室收缩功能情况可通过三维超声斑点追踪技术进行早期评价.
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of three-dimensional ultrasonic speckle tracing technique in evaluating left ventricular systolic function in patients with essential hypertension.Method:A total of 70 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to different configurations,they were divided into the left ventricular normal configuration group(40 cases)and the left ventricular hypertrophy group caused by left ventricular remodeling(30 cases).Meanwhile,50 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The parameters of conventional echocardiography and three-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking technique were compared among there groups.Result:LVEF of the left ventricular hypertrophy group caused by left ventricular remodeling was lower than those of the left ventricular normal configuration group and the control group,and LVESV,LVEDV and LVMI were higher than those of the other two groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).LVGRS,LVGLS,LVGCS and LVGAS in the left ventricular hypertrophy group caused by left ventricular remodeling were compared with the other two groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Left ventricular systolic function in patients with essential hypertension can be evaluated early by three-dimensional ultrasonic speckle tracking technique.
