摘要
目的:探究健身气功八段锦联合综合性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响.方法:选取2017年10月-2019年10月于本院就诊的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组采用健身气功八段锦联合综合性护理.比较两组干预前后慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试评分(CAT评分)结果、焦虑自评量表(SAS量表)、抑郁自评量表(SAS量表)及世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100量表)评分结果.结果:干预后3、6个月,两组CAT、SAS、SAS及WHOQOL-100量表评分均改善,且观察组评分结果均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:健身气功八段锦联合综合性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存质量的影响相对较好,有助于患者疾病的控制及情绪状态的改善,因此在本类患者中的应用价值较高.
Objective:To explore the effect of health Qigong Baduanjin combined with comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who visited our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,while the observation group received health Qigong Baduanjin combined with comprehensive nursing.The results of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test score(CAT),anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS)and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-100)were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:At 3 and 6 months after intervention,the scores of CAT,SAS,SAS and WHOQOL-100 scales in two groups were improved,the scores of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health Qigong Baduanjin combined with comprehensive nursing has a relatively good effect on the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which is helpful to the control of the disease and the improvement of their emotional state,therefore the application value in these patients are higher.
