摘要
目的:探究在慢阻肺急性发作期护理中中医护理方案所取得的临床应用效果。方法:2019年3月-2021年3月收治慢阻肺急性发作期患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组给予常规护理方法,观察组给予中医护理方案。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后肺功能指标及护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理方案应用于慢阻肺急性发作期患者有助于优化患者的肺功能指标,提升护理质量,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program in the acute stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from March 2019 to March 2021,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing methods,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing program.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The pulmonary function index and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute stage is helpful to optimize the lung function index and improve the quality of nursing.
