摘要
浸没式超滤系统运行一段时间后,超滤膜污堵严重,跨膜压差明显增加,产水通量降低。经过分析,超滤膜污堵的主要原因是高密度沉淀池出水悬浮物高及聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的过量使用,同时,超滤膜存在硫酸钙结垢现象。通过增加高密度沉淀池水力停留时间、控制PAM投加量及改进超滤膜的反洗、清洗方法,有效解决了超滤膜污堵的问题,恢复了超滤膜的通量。
After submerged ultrafiltration system had been running for a period of time,ultrafiltration membrane was seriously blocked,transmembrane pressure difference increased significantly,and production water flux decreased.After analysis,the main reasons for the fouling of ultrafiltration membrane were high suspended solids in high-density sedimentation tank and the excessive use of polyacrylamide(PAM).At the same time,ultrafiltration membrane had calcium sulfate scaling.By increasing the hydraulic retention time of high-density sedimentation tank,controlling PAM dosage,and improving backwashing and cleaning methods of ultrafiltration membrane.Problem of fouling of ultrafiltration membrane was effectively solved and the flux of ultrafiltration membrane was restored.
