摘要
介绍了一种应用于机电铸铁件的水性聚氨酯封闭烤漆,实现了与粉末涂料涂层的配套,重点阐述了该涂料的制备工艺,探讨了各种树脂与固化剂的搭配、功能助剂、助溶剂对涂膜性能及配套性的影响。通过电镜分析对比,产品对铸铁毛细孔封闭性佳,有效解决了水性涂层与粉末涂层的厚涂涂装爆泡难题及柔韧性问题。
A new kind of waterborne polyurethane sealing baking coatings applied to electromechanical iron castings compatible with powder coatings is introduced in the paper,which focuses on the process of preparing the coatings and discusses the effects of matching of various resins and curing agents,functional additives,and cosolvents on film properties and compatibility.The result of electron microscope analysis shows that the product has good sealing property for pores in iron castings and can effectively solve the problems of blistering and flexibility in application of mastic waterborne coating and powder coatings.
