摘要
以美国PPG油漆公司提供的涂料配套涂装工艺为例,介绍了钢结构的涂装工艺流程、无气喷涂设备的选择,以及其他喷漆工艺参数的设置。指出了表面处理质量是涂装的关键。
The painting process flow,selection of airless sprayer,and setting of process parameters for steel structures were introduced by taking one of PPG’s coating systems as an example.It is pointed out that the quality of surface preparation is the key of painting.
