摘要
介绍了通过在优化机械设备设计结构和改造液压控制系统两方面采取的有效措施,彻底解决热镀锌线1号磁力运输机升降不同步问题,大大提高液压缸使用寿命,提高设备有效作业率。
This paper introduces the effective measures taken in optimizing the design structure of mechanical equipment and reforming the hydraulic control system to thoroughly solve the problem of asynchronous lifting of 1#magnetic conveyor on hot galvanizing line,thus greatly improving the service life of hydraulic cylinder and the efficiency of equipment operation.
