摘要
介绍了一种快插组合式液压实验装置,对厂家提供的实验指导书中存在的问题进行了剖析,重点分析了实验指导书中锁紧回路和节流调速回路这两个实验项目中原理图所存在的重大问题,从理论上阐述了错误的原因,指出了这些错误对实验和学生知识的掌握所造成的影响,提出了修改的方法和解决措施。保证了实验的正确性,有益于学生理解实验回路的原理和掌握正确的理论知识。
A quick-insertion combined hydraulic experimental device is introduced,and the problems in the experimental instruction book provided by the manufacturer are analyzed.In particular,it analyzes the major problems in the schematic diagrams in the two experimental projects of the locking circuit and the throttle speed control circuit in the experimental instruction book.In theory,the reasons for the errors are explained,the impact of these errors on the experiment and the mastery of students'knowledge is pointed out,and the revised methods and solutions are proposed.The accuracy of the experiment is guaranteed,which is helpful for students to understand the principle of the experimental circuit and master the correct theoretical knowledge.
