摘要
通过对转炉炼钢烟气中CO气体分析,总结烟气分析走势和炼钢炉内的化学反应,控制转炉均匀升温,使吹炼更加趋于平稳,减少喷溅的发生。通过生产实践,以数字炼钢代替经验炼钢,利用烟气CO分析走势,判断炉内反应,从而通过改变枪位和加料时机,控制了转炉喷溅的产生。
By analyzing CO gas in converter steelmaking flue gas,the trend of flue gas analysis and chemical reaction in steelmaking furnace are summarized to control uniform temperature rise of converter,make blowing more stable and reduce splashing.In this paper,through production practice,digital steelmaking is used instead of empirical steelmaking,and flue gas CO is used to analyze the trend and judge the reaction in the furnace,thus controlling the generation of converter splash by changing the gun position and feeding timing.
