摘要
为了避免PS转炉造渣过程中的工艺指标波动,提高产品质量,提出了基于PS转炉造渣过程的动态模型。此方案能够得到最优空置率,降低PS转炉吹炼中的扰动影响。之后,创建造渣动态控制模型,以多个状态变量的常微分方程组构成。针对实际生产数据进行计算,表示此模型能够实现造渣优化控制。
In order to avoid fluctuations in process indicators during the slag making process of PS converter and improve product quality,a dynamic model based on the slag making process of PS converter is proposed.This scheme can achieve the optimal vacancy rate and reduce the disturbance impact during PS converter blowing.Afterwards,create a dynamic control model for slag making,consisting of a system of ordinary differential equations with multiple state variables.Based on actual production data calculations,this model is capable of achieving slag optimization control.
