摘要
目的:研究温针灸结合中药敷脐对中风后尿失禁临床疗效的影响。方法:2019年4月-2020年8月收治中风后尿失禁患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗;研究组在常规针刺治疗的基础上进行温针灸与脐部中药敷贴治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后尿失禁程度评估及临床症状评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸结合敷脐治疗中风后尿失禁治疗时间短,疗效显著。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of warming acupuncture combined with umbilical application of traditional Chinese medicine on urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods:From April 2019 to August 2020,80 patients with post-stroke urinary incontinence were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.The study group was treated with warm acupuncture and umbilical traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine acupuncture.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation of urinary incontinence and clinical symptom score in the study group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture combined with umbilical application is effective in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke.
