摘要
为了提高柔性总拼工装平台的夹紧与定位的精度,简化柔性总拼工装平台,综合当前各主要柔性总拼工装平台的综合因素及汽车柔性制造的需要,通过对现有柔性总拼工装平台的研究,研制出一种结构简单紧凑、刚性强、易于保养和维护的柔性总拼工装平台,为多车型柔性总拼的多元化解决方案提供借鉴。
In order to improve the clamping and positioning accuracy of the flexible assembly tooling platform,simplify the flexible assembly platform,synthesize the comprehensive factors of the current main flexible assembly platform and the needs of automobile flexible manufacturing,through the research on the existing flexible assembly platform,a flexible assembly platform with simple and compact structure,strong rigidity,easy maintenance and maintenance is developed The diversified solutions of vehicle flexible assembly provide reference.
