摘要
为了适应汽车焊装生产线柔性化的控制要求,以一个自动焊枪在2个焊点之间运动的动作程序为例具体讨论了PLC控制系统的硬件与软件设计,给出了系统的梯形图及PLC输入/输出地址对照表。将PLC应用于汽车焊装生产线的控制系统中,改变了传统的继电-接触器控制,使得控制更加灵活,设备运行更加可靠,在不改变硬件接线的条件下,通过改变程序就可改变生产工艺。
