摘要
对太原重型集团公司大型轴承圈的制造 ,由于其材料为不锈钢 ,由于其导轨为圆弧辊边 ,刀具加工难度大 ,所以根据其导轨特点 ,设计金属切削机床上使用专用工具 ,工具使用要求具有刀架的立车 ,使用时拉杆夹固定于立车一个刀架上 ,刀杆装在另一个架上 ,加工时 ,固定刀杆的刀架找正后固定不动 ,移动另一刀架 ,通过拉杆连接带动齿条 ,齿条传动带动轴旋转 ,实现自动旋转走刀。
For the manufacturing of large piece of bearing,because of the stainless steel and arched roller,the processing difficulty is increased.So according to the character of tool guide,the special tool for metal cutting is designed.Demand:vertical lathe with cutter holder.Fixing the drag link on one carriage,the other one with the cutter bar,during the processing,the cutter holder which holding the cutter bar should be fixed.Moving the other carriage driving the gear rack by drag link,then rotating shaft by gear driving,so all the processing can be worked automatically.
