摘要
在冲压生产过程中,多工位压力机的机械臂无法改变制件冲压方向成为模具设计的难题。通过对多工位压力机机械臂的研究,增加一组机械臂夹抓配合自动旋转支架,解决了制件在生产过程中冲压角度无法变化的问题。自动旋转支架实现了造型复杂制件在多工位压力机的生产,提高了制件的生产效率,降低了生产成本。该设计思路具有广阔的推广前景。
The mechanical beam of multi working-position press which has no way to change the pressing direction of parts has become the difficuh problems of die design in stamping press. Adding a set of mechanical jig to adjust the automatic carousel can change the pressing angle of the pressed parts in pressing process through the analysis of the mechanical beam of multi working-position press. Automatic carousel realized the produetion of complicated pressed parts which is manufactured in multi working-position press, improved the production efficiency, reduced the production cost. This design idea has great prospect.
