摘要
聚乳酸材料是一种可再生的资源以及可以达到生物降解的高分子材料,同时也达到环保绿色的要求。但是该材料也存在很多缺陷,诸如硬而脆、抗热变形性差等。为了改善其力学性能以及结晶速率,在聚乳酸材料的制备过程中,加入改性纳米材料提升剂。文章通过单一变量法,研究了在不同的改性剂的添加情况下的改性聚乳酸材料的性能,研究结果表明,改性剂的添加,使得聚乳酸结晶的速率提高,得到材料的结晶结构更均匀,其中力学性能方面也得到了大大的提升,为以后的聚乳酸材料的研究以及在建筑材料方面的应用奠定了基础。
Polylactic acid material is a renewable resource and a polymer material that can be biodegraded,and also meets the requirements of environmental protection and green.But the material also has many defects,such as hard and brittle,poor thermal deformation resistance and so on.Inorder to improve its mechanical properties and crystallization rate,during the preparation of polylactic acid materials,modified nanomaterials enhancers were added.In this paper,through the single variable method,the performance of modified polylactic acid materials under the addition of different modifiers is studied.The research results show that the addition of modifiers makes the rate of crystallization of polylactic acid increase,and obtains a more uniform crystalline structure of the material,and the mechanical properties have also been greatly improved,which has laid the foundation for the future research of polylactic acid materials and the application in building materials.
