摘要
"让正风反腐给老百姓带来更多获得感"是习近平总书记关于正风反腐的重要新理念,主要问答了正风反腐为了谁、依靠谁、怎么看、如何改等重要问题。正风反腐视域下人民群众获得感,从主体上可分为五类基本群体、五类特定群体,从客体上可分为五大基本类型、五大递升层次,从生成机理上形成呼应—参与—受益—认同—动力五大闭合环节。把握获得感主体的多元性、绩效的差异性、需求的发展性等特征,有利于从生成对象、生成形态、生成层次、生成时间上不断提升获得感质量,彰显获得感生成的多重价值和国家治理优势。
"Enhance the people’s sense of benefit with the anti-corruption campaign"is an important idea of General Secretary Xi Jinping about fighting corruption.It mainly deals with the crucial issues of the anti-corruption drive about for whom,who to depend on,how to look at it,and how to rectify problems.From the anti-corruption perspective,the people’s"sense of benefit"can be divided into five basic groups and five special groups in terms of the subjects,and can be divided into five basic types and five ascending levels in terms of the objects,forming a five-section closed link of echoing,participation,benefit,identity and power.We should grasp the characteristics of the diversity of subjects,differences in performance,and development of needs,and constantly improve the quality of the"sense of benefit"in the areas of generation object,formation pattern,generation level and generation time,and emphasize the multiple values shown in the generation of"sense of benefit"and advantages it has in China’s governance.
