摘要
为了确保HMX或称奥克托今(Octogen)的功能有效性、作用可靠性、管理安全性,需要对β-HMX中低浓度不稳定α-HMX进行定量检测。将主成分回归分析方法与太赫兹光谱技术结合,以不同浓度HMX混合物的太赫兹吸收谱数据作为输入,建立吸收系数与浓度之间的预测模型。结果表明,该方法所建立的预测模型的相关系数为0.956,组分含量预测误差保持在1%范围内,具有较好的预测效果。
To ensure the functional effectiveness,functional reliability,and management safety of HMX(or octogen,is an acronym for High Melting eXplosive),it is necessary to quantitatively detect the low concentration and unstableα-HMX inβ-HMX.The principal component regression analysis method was combined with terahertz(THz)spectroscopy,and the THz absorption spectrum data of HMX mixture in different concentrations were taken as input to establish a prediction model between absorption coefficient and concentration.The results show that the correlation coefficient of the prediction model established by this method was 0.956,and the prediction error of component content was within 1%,showing a good prediction effect.
