摘要
随着我国汽车制造技术的不断发展,许多工位都需使用焊接机器人来代替,因此对焊接机器人市场提出了巨大需求。目前的焊接机器人具有工作效率低,焊接精度低和生产制造成本高等系列问题。为了解决这些问题,利用ANSYS软件对焊接机械人进行静力学、模态和轻量化设计等有限元分析。经过去除该设备冗余结构和优化承载小的部位,可得到参数性能最优的焊接机器人。相比之前,由于重量减轻、惯性减少、灵活性提高,则焊接精度大幅提高,同时它的工作效率、耗电量等也明显减少。通过使用VB软件编程和ANSYS软件的二次开发设计出焊接机器人的结构优化系统,该系统可以通过输入设计参数快速计算出优化结果。优化系统的使用极大的减轻了优化人员的工作量,使得优化工作更加高效。
With the continuous development of China's automobile manufacturing technology,many positions need to be replaced by welding robots,so there is a huge demand for the welding robot market.The current welding robot has a series of problems,such as low efficiency,low welding accuracy and high production cost.In order to solve these problems,ANSYS software is used to analyze the static,modal and lightweight design of welding robot.By removing the redundant structure of the equipment and optimizing the parts with small load,the welding robot with the best parameter performance can be obtained.Compared with before,due to the weight reduction,inertia reduction and flexibility improvement,the welding accuracy is greatly improved,and its work efficiency and power consumption are also significantly reduced.The structure optimization system of welding robot is designed by using VB software programming and secondary development of ANSYS software.The system can quickly calculate the optimization results by inputting design parameters.The use of optimization system greatly reduces the workload of optimization personnel,making the optimization work more efficient.
