摘要
在分析对比了传统学徒制与现代学徒制的特点、区别及现代学徒制优点的基础上,对实施现代学徒制人才培养模式的政策措施等进行了有益的探索。
Based on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics of traditional apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship,differences between the two and advantages of the latter,this paper probes into relevant policies and measures of the implementation of the mode of personnel training based on modern apprenticeship.
