摘要
混凝土作为一种三相复合体系,其内在的气孔结构与外在的力学性能存在相关性。本文在表征混凝土气孔结构的参数中选取气孔间距系数、气孔平均弦长以及孔隙率,分析抗压强度与气孔结构的相关性,并讨论孔径分布对抗压强度的影响。结果表明,孔隙率、气孔平均弦长与抗压强度存在负相关关系,前者的相关性较大;气孔间距系数与抗压强度之间为正相关关系,但增大趋势不明显;混凝土总孔隙率一定时,不同孔径的孔含量对强度的影响程度不同,小孔含量越多,抗压强度越高。
Concrete is a kind of three compound system,so there must be a correlation between its intrinsic pore structure and external mechanical properties.In this paper,spacing factor,average chord length and porosity are selected from parameters indicating the characteristics of concrete pore structure.The correlation between compressive strength and pore structure is analyzed and the effect of pore size distribution on compressive strength is discussed.Results show that the correlation between porosity and compressive strength or average chord length and compressive strength are both negative,and the former is larger.The correlation between spacing factor and compressive strength is positive,though the trend is not obvious.When the total porosity of concrete is certain,the influence of pore content with different aperture on strength is different,the more content of smaller aperture,the higher the compressive strength.
