摘要
细胞是一个复杂的有机整体,能够完成一系列生命活动。调控细胞衰老和程序性死亡的细胞凋亡过程,在其生命活动中占有重要地位。细胞凋亡主要由Caspase蛋白酶家族所调控,其中Caspase-3起到关键作用。该文就Caspase家族的构成、功能以及Caspase-3的特性和作用机制进行综述。
A cell is a whole complex organism.It is capable of carrying out a series of life activities.Apoptosis,which regulates cell senescence and programmed cell death,plays an important role in cell’s life activities.Apoptosis is mainly regulated by the Caspase protease family,in which Caspase-3 plays a crucial role.In this review,the composition and function of the Caspase family,the characteristics and mechanism of Caspase-3 are reviewed.
