摘要
当前,上海市域北部G1503与S20为共线段。在构筑沿江通道,适应“长三角一体化”、上海自贸区扩区等一系列战略举措下,该段高速公路网迫切需要完善。通过对沿江通道越江隧道至五号沟区段内的建设条件、功能定位,以及未来需求发展的研究,分析接线工程规模与关键问题,形成工程方案,并提出方案下的交通评估与相应建议,为工程项目推进、转移S20重型货车流量、提升北部地区交通出行环境、拓展上海城市的发展空间提供参考。
At present,G1503 and S20 in the northern part of the Shanghai area are collinear segments.Under a series of strategic measures such as the construction of the riverside passage and adapting to the"Yangtze River Delta Integration"and the expansion of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone,this section of the expressway network urgently needs to be improved.Through the research on the construction conditions,functional positioning,and future demand development in the section from the cross-river tunnel to the Wuhaogou section,the scale and key issues of the wiring project were analyzed,and then the project plan was formed,and the traffic assessment and corresponding suggestions under the plan were put forward.It provided a reference for the advancement of the project,the transfer of S20 heavy truck traffic,the improvement of the traffic environment in the northern region,and the expansion of the development space of Shanghai.
