摘要
高速铁路网络的不断完善,增进了我国核心城市之间的经济活动和社会活动,促进都市圈不断发展形成城市群,但各区域仍存在差距。为了能够更直观地衡量城市群区域内高速铁路网络的综合发展水平,建立较为全面的区域高速铁路网络发展水平评价指标体系,基于广义函数评价法综合评估成渝城市群高速铁路网络水平,结果表明成渝城市群的高速铁路网络总体达标且具有较高的发展潜力。区域高速铁路发展水平的评估可为区域路网规划和经济发展战略规划提供合理的参考依据。
The continuous improvement of high speed railway(HSR) networks has enhanced the economic and social activities among the core cities in China and promoted the development of metropolises into urban agglomerations. However, gaps still exist in different urban agglomerations. To measure the comprehensive development level of HSR networks in urban agglomerations more intuitively, this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for the development level of regional HSR networks. The HSR network level of Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations was evaluated and analyzed thoroughly based on the generalized function method. The results showed that the overall development of HSR networks in Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomerations was qualified with considerable potential. The evaluation of regional HSR network development level provides a reasonable reference for the planning of regional railway networks and economic development strategy.
